On the 10th December 2015 Prof. Mindaugas LAUZIKAS led the seminar ‘Management of Changes and Innovation Commercialization’, which was a part of the Project ‘Women Entrepreneurship Academy’ sponsored and organized by the Embassy of the United States of America in Vilnius, the Faculty of Economics at Vilnius University and Partner organizations ‘Mokymų ekspertai’ and ‘Alter ego mokymų agentūra’.Within the frames of this project GILE Experts Limited coached nascent women entrepreneurs and/or ladies of young business in the area of innovative activities development and management, in the context of a volatile and highly competitive business environment. The seminar of GILE Experts Limited focused on applying techniques and models of management of changes while trying to identify solutions to stressful situations in nascent and/ or young business.
