One the 20th of April 2016 Mindaugas Lauzikas led the seminar ‘Efficient Communication in Public Organizations’. Are creativity, talent and innovation development tools relevant to civil service organizations? The legal base, a limited financial autonomy and insufficient financial reward systems make innovation processes in public organizations context-sensitive and challenging. It is more difficult, but not less important to create an innovative climate and creativity enhancement system in this context. The efforts of the Ministry of the Economy to develop a creativity-driven communication system may serve as a good example to other public institutions. What a great creative session we had!
